Two Ladies and a Bucket have been my go-to house cleaning service of choice for the past several years. Depending on my schedule, I may have them come every week or just when I need help with a super deep cleaning; but no matter how often I have them come, they always treat me like I’m their most valued customer, do an incredibly thorough job and treat my home just like I do. I tend to be very picky about what types of cleaning products are used in my home and they’re happy to accommodate whatever I’d like. I know that I’m probably a difficult client, as I definitely check on all the little details (ceiling fans, inside the microwave, behind the toilet, etc) - I mean, you’re paying someone to clean your house, right? - and they’ve never disappointed me. In fact, as my grandmother’s primary caregiver, I had Two Ladies and a Bucket clean her home as well. If you have an elderly family member who’s homebound, you know how much it would mean for them to request the same girls from Two Ladies repeatedly; even though they had a job to do, the ladies made my grandmother feel like she had treasured guests visiting and took the time to talk to her as if she was a friend. I’ll always be very grateful for that. And it was especially nice for my grandmother to enjoy a sparkling clean home again, since she was no longer capable of cleaning. Although my grandmother passed away last year, that’s one thing that I’ll never forget. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Two Ladies and a Bucket to anyone. The owner, Susie Duncan, always goes out of her way to check up on us after each cleaning to make sure we’re satisfied with the service and if one of her gals is sick or unable to make it, Susie rolls up her sleeves and does the cleaning herself. I appreciate having people in my own who I can trust and Two Ladies and a Bucket has been wonderful.

I purchased 2 living social deals for $49 each. The first time they came my only complaint was that they were slow and didn't get to many rooms but they did a decent job. The second time I had them come was HORRIBLE!! They left 15 minutes early, they only cleaned my kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bathrooms were NOT dusted. After they left, I swept the kitchen floor and got a dust pan full of dirt. THE WORST PART IS THEY SCRATCHED MY STAINLESS STEEL COOKTOP. I was livid!!! When I called the manager she said that the 2 hours starts from they time they arrive in the drive way to the time they leave the drive way. I didn't realize that it took both of the ladies together 15 minutes to unload and load everything. And no one else includes that time. Speaking of time. Their vacuum was clogged, it took the lady 5-10 minutes of attempting to get it unclog. Finally I said that I would use my vacuum. Also I sent a picture of the dust pan and my stainless steel cooktop. The manager just ignored the situation. I'M ALMOST CERTAIN THEY DO NOT HAVE INSURANCE!!! I wish they would allow me to put photos on here :-( But check out my photos at http://www.yellowpages.com/saint-louis-mo/mip/two-ladies-a-bucket-457984404?lid=457984404 PLEASE, USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!

These ladies are professional, courteous, and do an amazing job. The first day they came out they discussed with me what my needs were so they knew where to focus and concentrate. I was more than delighted (and amazed!) at what V. and B. were able to do with my home in just 2 hours. WOW! Friends who have known me and my home have been in awe of how wonderful my place has been looking; I tell them about Two Ladies and a Bucket! I work full time and go to school full time so often the little details of house keeping get left undone. I got introduced to them by a LivingSocial coupon and I now am budgeting them into my monthly expenses because they are worth every penny in the time I save, and who doesn't like having a clean home to come home to?
