I love It Works! products. My favorites are the Greens and Thermofit! The Greens provide me with my daily allowance of fruits/vegetables (I know I don't get) while boosting my immune system and giving me additional energy! The Ultimate Thermofit uses Capsimax (a pepper blend) to boost my metabolism while curbing my cravings for sweets.
The business side is amazing. I have been with It Works! for 1 1/2 years and it was one of the best career moves I've ever made. The company's compensation plan is outstanding and the opportunity for advancement is easily obtainable for anyone! I started out just wanting enough commission to pay for the products I wanted to use and now I am a Diamond Leader.
