DO NOT recommend. Terrible customer service extreme lack of professionalism, do NOT recommend. Owner/employee who is typically there most days does a horrible job a greeting and listening to customers needs as stated in several other reviews. She appeared extremely rude and frustrated when I asked her to perform certain alterations stating, “I don’t want to do that, I can’t do that.” Regardless of all the positive reviews, the owner needs to understand that if you are attempting to attract NEW customers, customer service and appropriate respectful service is REQUIRED AND needed. There are several other alternations shops in town to choose from. This shop missed out on a customer who actually PAYS for custom alterations due to her unprofessional and utterly rude attitude. Her shop was not busy at all, so I don’t understand what her issue was. The place is also overpriced for basic alterations. The other reviews stating experiences of her unprofessional customer service are correct. I did NOT feel valued as a customer and will NOT return. DO NOT recommend taking your clothing to this shop as they clearly do NOT value customers. DO NOT recommend.
