This has been the worst experience that we have had at a dentist office. We decided to try them out because we were told how great they were with children, however what we were not told about is how little they seem to care when the kids have issues. Our son chipped his tooth almost completely off and they didn't consider a bleeding tooth an emergency that they would need to see him over. We have called and left multiple messages trying to get him in to be seen but they haven't returned a single call. My wife called a dentist in Columbia and they were shocked by this and he is now at the top of the list to get in because apparently teeth shouldn't be bleeding.
