Review of Billy Williams VIP Limousine Service, LLC

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS rented the stretch hummer for my WEDDING and it broke down and they sent a much smaller limo that didn’t fit everyone AN HOUR LATER making me miss taking certain photos I paid my photographer for. Then I was told I would be given a gift card like I would ever find a need to rent a limo again...and when I said I wanted cash back Billy FINALLY after WEEKS of non replied emails and phone calls reluctantly agreed to give me a cash refund. Of only 125$ mind you...not a lot for a business owner to give for ruining my big day. Finally he did answer my call probably since I called from a different number this time and still promised me the money. Here we are a MONTH AND A HALF later on something a business owner would have taken care of in the first WEEK. He told me he had never seen any of his vehicles break down. Which I later came to realize was not true from reading others reviews on similar situations! He sent these vehicles out knowing they had issues!! Then doesn’t refund!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
