Pat Tosie was a compete let down. He met with us and told us, even if we were our own general contractor, he would stay with us through out the process and walk us through all of it...yeah...that did not happen. He put up the shell then left us high and dry. We even reached out and asked for more guidence... it still didn't happen. We ended up spending far more than we should have and had countless delays. To add to this, we put the addition on our home so we could have more space for our foster kids. Who rips off foster parents?! He is not one to trust. Look for someone better equipped, and maybe a better person, to help you with your project.
