We have used JB plumbing for years now but this last job is the finest example of a quality business. Our hot water heater blow up, not joke, and made it where we had no running water. I fought with the insurance company for hours, days, on the phone but kept being told they would not authorize the fix. The receiptionist worked with my insurance company, after I'd had been told no and lost hope, and was able to get the insurance to cover most of the cost. The technicians were early and stayed late to make sure I had running HOT water for Christmas. In all honestly it was not an easy job bc we have a tankless water heater and required more venting to the roof. The technicians encountered several issues but handled the problems. The honesty and quality of work speaks for itself. But the customer service is out of this world! Thanks JB
