Review of CPR- Cell Phone Repair

Anyone thinking about taking your electronic device this this store is taking a risk that your device will never be the same again, in a bad way. My ordeal began 2 1/2 weeks ago and I still do not have my phone back. I had been living with a cracked screen for 6 months, was looking to get a new phone, expensive. So, I thought well, get the screen replaced. took it in $140 replacement cost, half the price of a new phone and this one was not that old. Problem, cracked screen, they broke the charging port/microphone replacing the screen. Order new part, that comes in but the part was bad, order new part. They call and say the phone is ready but when they tested it the microphone doesn't work quite right you have to hold it just in the right position for the person to hear you. They refund $55 labor cost never offered to get another microphone. Checking out the phone to make sure its working, the screen has a big bight spot clearly faulty and the phones speakers will not produce sound. Order new screen and work on why the speakers are not working. Get a call saying the screen came in but was bad. Order new screen from very reputable supplier and getting it overnighted that was 3 days ago. I'm figuring either they have thrown the phone and all my paper work in the trash or the store has folded. Calling today to find out what else is not working. I gave them 2 stars because in all of this they were honest, they never tried to make excuses.
