Didn't notice until I got home that I was charged for 3 extra quarts of oil. The normal oil change includes 5 quarts. My car takes 7.5 quarts. When I called back and spoke to the fellow that changed the oil, he couldn't answer my question why I was charged for more than what was necessary. He referred me to the owner who said they "always round up" and that they didn't do anything differently with me than they do with everyone. It's only a half quart and $2.50 + tax. No big deal until I looked at the ticket for the oil change my son had done last month. He was charged for 6 quarts when his engine only takes 5.5. This was synthetic oil and that overcharge was $4.75 + tax.. Let the buyer beware, but if there's this type of dishonesty, I won't be going back. I suggest you are careful if you go there.
