Ran out of time to fix my truck and needed some place within walking distance. Found this place and I'm glad I did! Reminds me of the small town mechanics I grew up with. Jack got it in when he said he would, used the parts I brought him, and charged me exactly what he said he would. Big box down the street wanted 3 times what it cost me to buy the parts and pay Jack...and I trust his work more because he didn't try to pull one over on me. Fast, fair, and reasonably priced. Wish I had found this place four years ago when I moved to the north side. Will be back if I need any kind of wrenching done and i agree with the other posters that I will send anyone who asks over to J&L
