I'm very disappointed with Hansens.I have used them before and they were great.Don't know what happend to them.I have a tree that needed trimming and I needed a treatment for same tree.Long story short,trying to get someone to return a phone call is next to impossible.I wasn't even aware that I was on the schedule for the treatment,someone just showed up,didn't even let me know he was here or see if I had questions,which I did,just stuck a notice under my door handle informing me that he'd been here and treated the tree! Also,when they trimmed the tree,being the "professionals" that they claim to be,they didn't even seal the tree where they cut it! Never again will I use Hansens for anything.
