Mr. Smith showed us the definition of professionalism. I could tell as soon as I called to discuss his availability for our inspection that he was the person I wanted to perform the inspection. His website is very well put together and provided us with a $15 discount! He arrived early to our future home and walked us through the entire inspection process answering questions along the way. His knowledge is very evident and he provided my wife and I with peace of mind for our future investment. He gave us an extremely detailed inspection report within hours of completing our inspection. The report includes many pictures with excellent recommendations and tips on how to prolong the life of systems as well as recommended service intervals to ensure household components continue to function correctly.
