Review of Pretty Paws

If you look at other review sites, you will find that my experience has been quite common. Apparently this woman will take a dog, tell you she is going to groom it normally, and then shave it completely bald and claim it was "matted" and she had to shave it. This is exactly what she did to my yorkie. He had razor burns on his belly and absolutely no hair left. We told her that we like him fluffy, just that he needed trimming up. She claimed that she couldn't get a brush through his hair. Which is interesting, because we manage to get a brush through his hair a few times a week and we are not claiming to be professionals.
