beware of this organization. micheal pritchard paints over toxic mold to hide the image. puts tenants in jeopardy, causing the tenants health problems from the exposure to toxic mold. put a mentally handicapped person in the hospital not once but twice from the mental anquish and emotional distress that caused the tenant to go through from refusing to fix the severe violations that were in the home. the address where this occured was 714 s. oak ave. aurora mo. 65605. beware he painted over mold in the home. plays on individuals intelligence. micheal j. pritchard is a crook.
