Customer service simply doesn't exist here. You enter the building and are greeted by the tops of heads of people more interested in whatever is on their computer than saying hello or offering to help. Things only get worse at the print counter where you are met by unknowledgeable staff who offer up little advise and even less by means of solutions. Do yourself a favor and take your work to another print shop.
