Review of Encore Better Homes

Initially we hired Jim from Encore Better Homes to fix a leak in our roof, which he did a superb job of. I also asked for an estimate of cost to roofing the entire building. After I deciding it was in our best interest to re-roof, we hired Jim to roof of our entire building (6 units total) and couldn't have been happier with the outcome. Jim gave me the initial estimate and I shopped around and found another company who was much cheaper, so I took it to Jim and asked if he'd match it - done!
He estimated 2 days to complete, it took 3 but he and his team were thorough and did a great job on the roof. He explained in detail everything they did and was courteous and professional. The only issue we had was they took 3 day instead of 2 just a little minor inconvenience for the great roof we got.
