Review of Shanks Heating and Cooling

Last Saturday afternoon our AC stopped working. I called Chad and he put his team into action right away. They were at my door within the hour and began working on the problem immediately. Unfortunately, it turned out we needed a new AC unit which couldn't be ordered until Monday. Chad worked very hard to get us the best deal and had the new equipment at our house first thing Monday morning, and within a couple hours we had AC again!!! Chad and his assistant were very polite and professional and took extra time to explain the pro's and con's of each replacement system option to us so we could choose the best, most cost-effective solution. I highly recommend Shanks Heating and Cooling.

Last summer when it 102 our AC went out. I called Chad, and he stopped the new construction job he was on, came right away, and we needed a new AC. He went to supplier, got what we needed, and before the day was over, we had a new working AC. It is a wonderful unit, runs so quiet, and I do believe our electric bills are going to be smaller. I could not ask for any better service than what Chad did for us. We are very happy with Shank's service.
