Finally!

Finally, a technical person that speaks English instead of techno-babble! It only took 10 min on the phone to track down a problem that I've had for weeks and spent about a hundred bucks on so far. Solution was explained in language I could actually understand and we're back up and running. Thanks guys, awesome service!
