Hansen’s provides full service tree, care from diagnosis & treatment of diseases to pruning, trimming, deadwooding, full removals & stump removal. No job is too large or too small. All estimates are done by an ISA Certified Arborist. We were the FIRST tree company in the state of Missouri to be accredited by TCIA- The Tree Care Industry Association. This accreditation program is built on a three-fold foundation of ethics, quality and consumer confidence. We also provide a full range of lawn services which includes fertlization, weed control, insect management and even complete lawn renovation. Aeratioin, overseeding and compost top-dressing are some of our most popular sevices (generally performed in fall). Aeration gives your lawn life by breaking up compacted soil. When combined with over-seeding & then broadcasting a thin layer of organic compost over the top of the seed, you are physically helping to make your soil better & better soil produces better grass. Regular aeration and application of compost will also result in soil & plants that are more drought resistant so you’ll actually have to water less.

At Hansens’s we are very proud of our organic mulch & compost products. Our mulch feeds & nutures your plants with a great C:N ration which will feed rather than leach nutrients away from your plants. Our product is 100% naturally blended oganic mulch made out of a variety of hardwoods and is available in quantities of any size in natural undyed & also in a variety of dyed tones to enhance any landscape.

We also offer grinding services for both commercial & large residential lot/ land clearing.

I'm very disappointed with Hansens.I have used them before and they were great.Don't know what happend to them.I have a tree that needed trimming and I needed a treatment for same tree.Long story short,trying to get someone to return a phone call is next to impossible.I wasn't even aware that I was on the schedule for the treatment,someone just showed up,didn't even let me know he was here or see if I had questions,which I did,just stuck a notice under my door handle informing me that he'd been here and treated the tree! Also,when they trimmed the tree,being the "professionals" that they claim to be,they didn't even seal the tree where they cut it! Never again will I use Hansens for anything.
