Finally, a technical person that speaks English instead of techno-babble! It only took 10 min on the phone to track down a problem that I've had for weeks and spent about a hundred bucks on so far. Solution was explained in language I could actually understand and we're back up and running. Thanks guys, awesome service!

Just as in the previous review, these guys wouldn't take my money until they were sure they could solve my problem. They explained what was going on with my internet service in about 5 minutes and referred me to the right source to get it fixed. My internet provider. Nice job guys
