Zettler Construction is locally owned and operated in Columbia, MO. We are a full service construction company for the entire Mid-Missouri area specializing in Heating & Air Conditioning.

Zettler Construction is experienced in installing and servicing all brands of furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners and coils.

We offer services ranging from diagnosing existing problems to routine maintenance and everything in between. Zettler Construction also offers their customers, convenient 24-hour service.  If your system needs repair on Sunday or after 5 p.m., call us and we’ll be there.

Reliable, quality work!

We had Zettler Construction do some repair work on our deck and then stain and seal it; the work was well done and with attention to detail, and it was finished in the time frame originally estimated. Nate Zettler clearly went the extra mile to finish the work before the weather got too cold. The deck looks far better than we had expected or hoped. I would highly recommend Zettler Construction to anyone who asks!

I have know Nate at Zettler construction for 7 years. His company has installed HVAC units to 4 of my new builds. The do a excellent job. He has also serviced the properties on a regular basis. They have fixed every problem that comes up in owning rental properties with quick friendly service. I own 5 rental properties in Columbia and Fulton Missouri. I have now been in Arizona for the past 1 1/2 years so it is extremly important that I have someone I can trust to complete any project that comes up with my renters. ONLY NAME YOU NEED TO KNOW

Zettler Construction just finished some handy man work for us and as usual the work was fantastic. I have used Nate with Zettler Construction multiple times. He assisted us in a basement remodel in a previous house. That was the first experience we had with Nate and it was a great one. We had a home that was built in the 1940's that was never meant to have a finished basement. We thought we would never be able to heat/cool it efficiently. Not only did Nate find a way to make it efficient but he made it look nice too. Ever since that job we have relied on Zettler Construction for many different projects. This summer they installed a new air conditioner for us when ours quit. We have younger children and didn't know what we were going to do. One call to Zettler Construction and our problems were solved. They are truly wizards when it comes to HVAC situations. The most recent jobs Zettler Construction completed for us was installing a door and fixing up a well house at our current residence. I have a busy schedule and can't always be home when I need projects finished. This is never a problem with Zettler Construction. I gave Nate my garage code so the work could be done why we were away. Except for the fact that all my projects were complete I would have never known he was at my house. The house might have been cleaner than when I left. Zettler Construction provides honest, friendly service and they are the only name you need to know for all of your construction needs. I recommend them without hesitation.

Outstanding Service

Our air conditioner went out on a Saturday night when it was over 100 degrees, we called Nate at Zettler Construction and he came over within the hour. He looked at our air conditioner and told us the problem. He gave us a few different options and his recommendation. He was very honest about the cost and the problem and he had our air conditioner fixed very quickly. I would highly recommend Nate at Zettler construction, he is honest, great to work with and gets the work done in a timely manner.
