No Call/No Show!

I had scheduled The Plumber, LLC on 2 separate occasions via my Home Warranty Company, Old Republic. Each time, the Plumber's admin called and set something up and gave me a 4 hour window on when a plumber would arrive, and on each occasion, they were a NO call/No show. Both my husband and I took off work for this, once each, for them to come out. I am not sure if the $60 trade fee that I had to pay to them in addition to what my home warranty company, Old Republic, had to pay as well is not enough for them to get out of bed in the morning, but they were a no call/no show both times. The first time the guy called and said something came up and he wouldn't be able to make it out and instead of doing the right thing and sending another plumber in his place, he just bailed on his responsibility. I was incredibly dissatisfied with their service. Then, out of the blue, a plumber from this company, named Mack called me on a Sunday when I was out of town and my husband was out running errands, and said he was on his way out. We weren't even home. Then, when he finally did show up, he merely flushed a few toilets and said our toilets were too old and did nothing to fix the problem, except charge me $60 for "diagnostics" When they showed up they were totally unprepared and thought we were renting and something about a main line drain which had NOTHING to do with the issue. I just had a REAL plumber come out today, Charles James Plumbing Co., and he was able to fix the issue with no problems. He also showed up on the first time and did not give me a ridiculous 4 hour window. He even was early. I was furious the 2nd time The Plumber, LLC didn't show up and called the secretary several times with no response back at all. I have asked my Home Warranty company to take The Plumber, LLC off their preferred vendor list as they have prove to be unreliable and not capable of fixing the issue. Never schedule anything with this company and save your time and money and go with someone who knows what they are doing, as well as has customer service skills and actually calls client back and fulfills their appointments. This is a worthless company.
