1.No law requires you to get more than one estimate.

2.You are not obligated to use any particular shop to obtain repairs.
You have the right to choose the shop and authorize the repairs.

Our trained estimator, while in the presence of the customer, will assess the automobile damage. If necessary, the car will be placed on our hydraulic lift to determine if any hidden underbody damage exists.
Through the use of a standardized computer estimating system known throughout the collision repair industry, the estimator will generate a report detailing the damage and approximate the repair fees.

Our estimator will serve as your liaison to the insurance company. This line of communication remains open to ensure the repairs are completed to the CUSTOMERS satisfaction.
