Beware of this company. The owner has a reputation for not delivering what he promises. In advertising this business, he is not using his legal last name due to his poor reputation that can easily be found through an internet search. This site wouldn't let me leave the ranking blank so it says 1 star when it actually should be a negative number.

Saved My Carpet... And My Dog

My little bichon Riley COMPLETELY destroyed my white carpet. There were yellow stains everywhere... and the smell was disgusting. After having Stanley Steemer come out twice, with very little success I found a coupon in the mail for Superior Carpet Care. On the first visit, they were able to completely eliminate the stains and odor. I now have them out on a regular basis because Riley still has the occasional accident, and they are always able to get everything out. They truly are incredible ad their process is very uninvasive. They've been cleaning my carpets since 2004 and I will never use anyone else again. Thank you James for introducing me to your process. Exactly as Promised

We have a now 9 month old puppy. Potty training was near impossible, and we still had accidents. After having the carpets cleaned 3 times and having not only the stains but HORRIBLE odor continally return... a friend referred us to Superior Carpet. All I can say is WOW. Not only did the stains remain gone, but you couldn't even tell we had a dog in the house. The best part is that once the smell was out of the carpet our dog all but stopped peeing in the house. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend Superior Carpet. They are the only company that did what they said and didn't try to upsell us once they gave me the quote. Sincerely, C.H. Greenwood, MO
