Steven R. Carroll & Associates is a full service Legislative Consulting, Lobbying and Law Firm providing clients with a variety of services in Governmental Relations and Public Affairs including Association Management and Development. 

Carroll & Associates maintains a constant presence in the halls of the Missouri State Capitol on behalf of clients who have an interest in public policy.  With over 25 years of experience in Government, Steven R. Carroll & Associates has a great working relationship with legislators and executive officials.

At Carroll & Associates we provide legislative monitoring and research in various surrounding states of Missouri.  The Carroll & Associates offices are located in Jefferson City and St. Louis, MO. BACKGROUND

Steven R. Carroll & Associates brings a lifetime of political and governmental experience to their clients at the State Capitol in Jefferson City, MO.  Developed in 1994, Carroll & Associates began representing the interests of their clients to Missouri's General Assembly and Executive Branch of Government.  Steven Carroll, President of Carroll & Associates, ran his first campaign for elective office in 1984 and won.  He served five terms in the House and during his ten year tenure of elective office, was honored for his service by numerous businesses, associations and groups.

Carroll and his family are active in their hometown with civic and charitable organizations.  He is a member of the Missouri Bar, Missouri Athletic Club of St. Louis, Lions Club, Masonic Lodge and Shriners, Farm Bureau, RCGA and Trinity Episcolpal Church of Hannibal, Missouri.  Professional associations include membership with the American Society of Podiatric Executives, MO Society of Association Executives and the MO Secretary of Governmentat Consultants.
