About Us

Stark Construction Services philosophy is to exceed our customers expectations. We view construction as a service and go the extra mile to produce a successful project.

In October 2010, James Stark started Stark Construction Services. The first year has been amazing, and I have been blessed with many loyal clients. Our focus is listening to the customer and providing the service that best fits their expectations for completing their project. We try to make the construction process as easy for the owner as possible by providing a plan, schedule and budget. Then we assemble the best possible team who share our philosophy of teamwork and integrity, said James.

We manage the decision making process, feasibility studies, design, permitting, bidding, contracting and construction. We take the time to listen, understand, plan, build a team and implement the plan. Some of our past projects include Capital West Christian Church, Custom Homes, Russellville and Eugene athletic fields, various Habitat Homes, JCMG Plastic Surgery remodel, Callaway Community Health Care remodel and the new JCMG Women s and Children s Center.

James Stark has been a member of the Home Builders Association of Central Missouri for a number of years, and he currently serves as President. His involvement in the HBA has been a rewarding and enjoyable commitment. I am always impressed at how hard our members work for the organization. They give freely of their skills, time and talent for the success of the HBA, says James. The overwhelming support that the membership has offered the association has been incredible to experience.

James plans to continue being active in the HBA and looks forward to many years in the local building industry. He and his team are privileged to take their years of experience and knowledge and express them through completing quality construction projects.
