My drive and walk looked great when it was completed, but within a month part of my walk cracked. At first John with South KC Concrete said "they would make it right" but never came to do anything about it. I waited patiently and called him again after another month. This time he tells me "it's a low spot" and again "they can do something about it." He is the expert, and I feel he should have done something to rectify the situation before he poured it. I've never heard back from him, and now will have to hire someone else to fix the walk, again.
