Giving 0 stars was not an option. Do not use this company. They will cause you nothing but headache and your windows will not be in any better condition when they leave.
First, we had the scheduled to come out and arrive at noon. I work from home, so was home all day but doorbell never rang. I found a note on our door saying they missed us and call to reschedule. They never rang the doorbell- our doorbell worked just fine and I was home. Took me a week to get ahold of them to reschedule because their local mailbox was full and I couldn't leave a message.
Second, I got them rescheduled and they showed up and cleaned the inside and outside of the windows. They told me they were done and I commented that the sills and screens were filthy since they hadn't been touched. Also, they had to redo almost every window in the house because they were all still dirty (had only bothered to clean the middles, not the edges). After they left, my husband told me they were supposed to do the sills and screens, too. I called Shiny Things and said they would come back. They never showed up. In total, I scheduled three more times for them to come back and they never showed up. I finally said I just wanted a refund for 50% of the charges since they only did half the work. I had to repeatedly call to get ahold of them and was promised someone would call me back. Once I finally got ahold of the owner, he had no interest in hearing what I had to say and told to just file a complaint and hung up the phone on me.
My windows still look awful, streaks everywhere, sills and screens are filthy and now I'm out the cost of the cleaning but still need to have someone come back that actually knows what they are doing. Do not use them, you will regret it.
