I would highly recommend working with Sara Smith, and Heritage House. It was such a pleasure to work with Sara – she walked me through every step of the process of selling my home and property in the country and helping me downsize to a smaller house in town. It was a very difficult decision to move from my dream house in the country to a house in town, but she made it so much easier for me. She always listened to what I wanted and needed, and helped me make some of the very difficult decisions I needed to make. She always explained everything very thoroughly so that I knew exactly what was going on. It was no easy task, I’m sure, working with two other realtors and three buyers/sellers, but she was always professional, and always so kind and patient with me at the same time. She was always there for me, and it was such a pleasure to work with her.
