Dishman's was dispatched by AAA to change a flat tire on my son's car in a parking lot in town.
The young man who showed up to do the job was bragging about how he's been doing it for two years.
After he was done putting on the spare we drove just a little way down the road, but the car was shaking so bad that we had to pull over.
We got out to check the tire and ALL OF THE LUGNUTS WERE LOOSE AND ABOUT TO FALL OFF!!! They weren't even finger tight!
This is (lug)NUTS and I was livid that some "professional" tasked with something so simple (yet essential) could fail to do the most basic aspect of their job, which put my child and I in major danger.
We could have been killed - we're so lucky that our tire didn't fly off and cause us to have a horrible wreck because of this extreme negligence.
I called AAA and filed a complaint so I hope they stop using them... I intend to file a report with every agency possible to ensure that this incompetent company is held responsible so they don't hurt someone.
Stay safe out there folks, and stay away from Dishman's towing!
