Do your homework before hiring this guy. His track record is less than stellar. Contracts and agreements mean nothing to this man. He literally took $13,000 from us, promised to start the work within the week then never returned a call. Consumer protection laws are not in your favor. GO ELSEWHERE! THIS GUY IS A THEIF. I am not sure how he has managed to stay out of jail.
