Review of South Woods Maintenance & Repair

My husband and I are finishing our basement and South Woods plumbed the bathroom for us. I have nothing but great things to say about this experience. From the initial phone call, we received extraordinary customer service and professional services. Adam Martin was our primary contact. Our first call was on a Thursday and the work was completed the following Wednesday (and with a holiday in there). Adam provided me with everything I asked for and confirmed with me the day before the work was done. Walked me through what they were doing and answered all my questions. He arrived when he said he would. He again confirmed with me on what he was doing and walked me through what he did when the work was completed. I would definitely, without hesitation, recommend South Woods to my friends. Thank you for a very positive experience!
