I was told there is nothing we can do about having purchased over $20,000 dollars of siding from this company. We would have to pay for the repairs out of pocket. I contacted the Columbia office and the St. Louis office. Meanwhile, I still pass the storefront of this company all the while knowing their current customers are being fed the whole "servicing customers for over 100 years" load of bs.
