I don't have enough room to tell you everything he did wrong so i will write about the most costly mistake. Our tile is spotted from the sealer he used and is falling off our steps. We had an expert from Las Vegas (They make contractors go through tons of training in Vegas before they are certified) come out and he said it wasn't for such a mild winter, every one of our tiles would be cracked. We have to pay to have all our Brazilian Slate Tile removed and purchase new and have it put down right. Total cost: $12,000. We are not happy! Dave is not answering/returning our calls and we will now be legally pursuing him.. Doubt if we will get a dime because he was one of those contractors that cried the blues about how broke he was and needed to be paid the second he was done.
