You Choose the Commission
We provide better pricing than discount companies, more control than large franchises and better service than both. We do this by creating multiple marketing plans, all offered at a competitive price. Our clients have more options so they can make the best decision for them.

Cancel Contract Anytime
We offer you a way to list your home that is totally risk-free. Our pledge is to provide you with the highest level of service in the real estate industry, and we are 100% committed to this pledge. You have the right to evaluate whether We live up to this standard, and to cancel your listing agreement with us at any point (before you have accepted a contract), with no penalties or obligations.

Home Sale Guarantee
If your home does not sell within an agreed upon time limit, either 45 or 90 days, we will reduce our commission by at least $1,500. It’s that simple.

Weekly Updates, Guaranteed
If we do not communicate feedback to you at least weekly, we will reduce our commission by $250 for every time this occurs during our listing period.
