Powder Coating
Powder Coating is a process where a dry powder is applied with an electrostatic current in a fluid-like state. It is then baked to liquefy and cure, resulting in a highly durable and flexible coating that outperforms all other conventional painting products.
The powder coating process has been around since the late 1950's but has exploded in the last ten years with the introduction of a nearly endless selection of colors and several specialized applications.
Media Blasting (sand blasting)
OPC uses two types of media for its blasting services, glass beads in our small cabinet, and a mineral called Garnet in our large blasting room.
