Stay away

I tried to make it work with this guy, but he is just a bad businessman. This is one of those guys who has HAVE A BLESSED DAY on his VM, but turns out to be a crook. I spent $1000 having him reroute my irrigation system, and now it's broken. Now when I turn on my first front irrigation zone...the back yard zone comes on. When I asked him about fixing it, he simply texted "NO". Now when I turn on my first front yard irrigation zone...the back yard zone comes on. I guess I have to take him to court.

Terrible service and unreliable

Disappointed in myself for continuing to give this guy a chance. Richard does not follow through on his word or his commitments. He was a no-show on a few different occasions, with no phone call or follow-up. I would not rely on him for work. I would highly recommend contacting a different sprinkler company for your needs.
