About Us

MHI-LLC is an inspection company located in Springfield, MO. Its two branches consist of Mirowski Inspections, LLC a full service residential inspection company offering home, termite, radon, septic, and well inspections; and Advantage Infrared, LLC a Thermal Imaging and inspection business that includes Roofs, Block Walls, Energy, and Equine Scans.

Mirowski Inspections Services Include:

Certified Home Inspections- We use 3D inspection narrative software that allows us to capture details and pictures of the properties we inspect and deliver to you via email or internet.

Thermal Imaging- Every inspection includes a thermal scan of the property to help detect what could be missed on a typical visual inspection. Concerned about water leaks, moisture causing mold, electrical problems, or energy scans? A home inspection with a thermal scan is for you.

Termite Inspections-Today most financing will require a termite inspection report. Dont worry about scheduling a second company, Mirowski Inspection is licensed with the State of Missouri and can deliver the report electronically with your Home Inspection or property report.

Radon Inspections- Mirowski Inspection uses a continuous monitor to measure radon gas that is emitted over a 48hour period. This inspection can be added to any home inspection.

Well, Septic, Water Quality Inspections- Licensed with the State of Missouri, Mirowski Inspection can perform Well, Septic, and Water Quality Inspections. Please note, this is an invasive inspection and the systems will need to be uncovered for access at the time of inspection. Water Quality Test typically takes 24 hours and are submitted to outside labs.

Advantage Infrared Services Include:

Equine Thermal Imaging- Before Thermography, Veterinarians could only locate problems using traditional methods such as observation and palpation. Now, using advanced EquineI thermography, abnormalities present stressed tissues even before damage occurs.

Block Wall Infrared Scans (CMU)- Two benefits arise from having a BlockWallScanIR infrared test performed on your newly constructed CMU walls. First, a documented record of the grouted cells and other structural components (in-situ) is created. Secondly, when and if deficiencies are found, a report can be generated so that corrections can be made with surgical precision. The owner gets what he paid for and the designers can ‘literally’ see that their specifications have been followed.

Energy Infrared Scans- Our Infrared Survey of the building will be focused on the heat or cooling loss by finding missing, misplaced, or damaged insulation in the exterior walls, ceilings, and floors.

Flat Roof Infrared Scans- A picture is worth a thousand words. When clients can see that they have water under their roof membrane they will be concerned and request something be done. Clients appreciate the fact that they know where the water is and isn’t, and they know they won’t be replacing more than they need to. We have studies showing the use of infrared as a yearly maintenance program which creates regular work for the contractor and saves the client much in upfront foreboding replacement costs.

Moisture Infrared Scans- Thermal Moisture Imaging can pinpoint water damage, by locating leaks in buildings, roofs, and heating loss from wet or deficient insulation. Infrared cameras allow us the ability to see and locate what the naked eye is unable to detect.
