Mint Asian Cafe & Sushi opened in Lee's Summit in September 2012.
Hours of Operation:
Monday - Thursday, 11am - 9:30pm
Friday - Saturday, 11am - 10:30pm
Sunday Closed (but open for Party Reservation)
We are located at 1209 NE Rice Road in Lee's Summit, MO, in a quiet yet quaint strip mall. Although we are a small cafe, we offer a wide variety of Sushi rolls & sashimi including the Buffalo Mango Roll, Boston Bay Roll, BMW, and the Tootsie Roll. All of our items are fresh and designed to perfection. We also serve traditional items from our Hibachi Grill including filet mignon, shrimp, scallops and chicken. In addition, our Thai Kitchen serves up the best curry in town. Choose from red and yellow curry flavored dishes with chicken, shrimp, beef, scallop or all the above.
We offer phenomenal lunch specials served with onion soup as well as a Kid's Menu, and Free WiFi.
