Midway Electric, Inc. is a full-service electrical contracting company located in Columbia, MO. Since 2001, Midway Electric, Inc. has provided commercial, residential, industrial, and service & repair services to the Missouri area, and is locally owned and operated by Brandon and Michele Spry.

Midway Electric, Inc. works with building contractors and development groups to provide services in construction, commercial remodeling, project management and voice, data and video installations. We also offer systems troubleshooting, parking lot and aerial lighting repair, and worry-free service contracts. With an 11,700 square foot facility, a fleet of service vehicles and a knowledgeable staff, our crew is capable of serving all your commercial service and repair needs.

Residential
If you are looking for a reliable residential contractor for your home or rental property, Midway Electric, Inc. provides prompt and professional service and repair. Our range of services includes new home wiring, older home rewiring and upgrades, and voice, data, video, audio and security installations. All of our work is supervised by certified master electricians and our staff is prompt, clean and courteous.

Service and Repair

Home Standby Generators & Commercial Generators
These machines are constantly on guard 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. When the need arises and your power goes out, the generator automatically supplies electricity. Then when the utility power comes back on, the generator automatically shuts itself back down to standby. This means that your home is always protected, even when your not there. We offer anything ranging in size from a 7kw to the 150kw commercial unit. (We also offer the 15kw & 17.5kw portable generator as well) Already have a generator but need installation? Great, we can provide complete generator set up or just installation of a component, you choose. Also ask us about PM (preventative maintenance) programs on new or existing units.
