Mid America Mortgage Services, Inc was founded in 1984 by Ralph Gates and Jeanie Byland in Columbia, MO. Mid America Mortgage has grown to nine offices in three states. We offer the the most comprehensive array of loan programs including adjustable rates, fixed rates and construction loans. Our experienced staff works face-to-face with every customer to design the perfect loan for their particular situation.

Our goal is to have customers own their home for the least amount of money.
