Lakewood Chiropractic is located close to Lee’s Summit, Independence and Blue Springs at I-470 and Lakewood Blvd. Dr. Horn and Dr. Perry have been serving residents of Eastern Jackson County in their state of the art facility for over 20 years. They offer free spinal exams and convenient office hours.

Meet the Doctors:
Sara Horn,D.C.-
Dr. Sara Horn is originally from Colorado Springs, CO but has lived in Lee’s Summit, MO since 1989. She attended Jacksonville University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in 1986. In 1989 she received both a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, MO.
Dr. Horn has been both a practicing physician and clinic director at Lakewood Chiropractic since 1990. She is a Member of the American Chiropractic Association, the International Chiropractic Association and the Missouri State Chiropractic Association. She utilizes many chiropractic techniques including Logan Basic, Gonstead, Diversified and Activator. She is trained in utilizing physical therapy, nutrition and rehabilitation therapy as part of her treatment protocol.
Steven Perry D.C.-
Dr. Steven Perry is originally from Detroit, MI but has lived in Lee’s Summit, MO since since 1994. He received his Bachelor of Science from Park College in Kansas City, MO. He then attended Cleveland College of Chiropractic in Kansas City, MO and graduated in 1993. He has been a treating physician at Lakewood Chiropractic, P.C. for over 17 years. Dr. Perry treats a wide variety of conditions including injuries, chronic conditions and difficult cases. He uses many methods to treat patients such as chiropractic adjustments, physiotherapy, nutritional counseling, and exercise plans. With his many years of experience and the newest and most innovative technology available to diagnose and treat each patient, Dr. Perry provides superior care to each individual patient.
