Best Pharmacy in Como!

Kilgores has some of the friendliest, most helpful staff around. I live in Lake Ozark, and had to have some special eyedrops compounded for my son. They were first rate making sure I had everything I needed and packaged them up nice for the travel home. They are awesome!

Kilgore's has the BEST staff, by far! They are always friendly and very efficient. We having been going to Kilgore's for years, and will continue for many more!
