HORRIBLE Company to rent from!!

I rented from Jacobs Realty for 3 years and 2 different properties. If you don't mind to lose your deposit and have to pay more for wear & tear of the property at the end of your lease then this is the place for you. They are very demanding and they do not work with you in any way if you plan to quit leasing from them. I have rented properties for 12 years and they were the worse - before Jacobs I did not have any issues with getting my deposit back. I was not happy with this company and do not recommend them at all....I should have been smarter as they totally lied to me when I first contacted them for rental property. After I moved out they charged me for several things that they didn't have itemized or a legit receipt for. I am very displeased with them and take my advice and go elsewhere to rent property!!
