About Us

Integrity Home Care is an independently and locally owned, full-service, Christian-based Home Health Agency that has been serving the state of Missouri and parts of Kansas since 1999. With corporate headquarters located Springfield, Missouri, IHC has a total of seven locations throughout the state of Missouri (Springfield, Columbia, Greater Kansas City, Osage Beach, Gladstone, Joplin, Greater Branson) and one location in Leawood, Kansas, currently serving primarily Johnson County. Services offered at Integrity cover the continuum of care and include such things as nursing, physical/speech/occupational therapy, wound care, cardiac and oncology care, personal care and hygiene, housekeeping, companion and respite care, transportation, shopping and errand assistance, Integrity Lifeline, Integrity Pharmacy, home telemonitoring and more. Integrity accepts Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Worker’s Comp and Private Pay.
