Dan did an audit at our old house before we did some renovations. He guided us through the steps to qualify and apply for the rebates. We were so happy with the results, we immediately did an energy audit on our new house. We have also used Dan and Home Performance Experts for energy upgrades to our rental houses. Again, nothing but exemplary service and complete satisfaction. I would and do recommend Dan to any one who is looking to upgrade their energy efficiency

HPE's Dan Riepe made saving money easy! Dan helped us through a home energy audit to locate and assess the many areas of energy leaks in our 1940 house. He arrived promptly, set up and inspected the entire house providing us with real time images of problem areas and cogent explanations of what we should do next. Dan arranged the sub contractors to give us detailed proposals, helped oversee the process and file the rebate paperwork. Fantastic service! And now I get to watch my utility bills get smaller and my family's year round comfort level grow. I highly recommend Dan to all seeking a more efficient and comfortable home.

Dan was very professional and informative. He was very thorough in his inspection, recomendations, and work performance. He was very helpful in getting all the reports of work performed to the proper organizations for rebates and tax credits available. He is very knowledgable in his field, and leaves no stone unturned. The work his organization performed(insulation inspected, updated and installed)was clean, concise and fast. I would highly recommend Home Performance Experts to anyone wishing to improve the energy efficiency of their home. Dan really is the expert !!

We had the pleasure of having Dan do an audit for us last year. He identified problem areas in the home and offered solutions. We received considerable tax credits and cost savings after implementing the changes!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone interested in improving the energy efficiency of their home. He is very thorough and works directly with the contractors, handled all of the paperwork for our rebates, as well as arranging for the final inspection with the city. My new AC works great! I find myself going outside to warm up; something that never happened before!
