Home Performance Experts is a locally owned and operated company in Columbia MO, that prides itself in being a leader in the local Home Performance with Energy Star Program. HPE performs in-home comprehensive, diagnostic Energy Audit with full Infrared Scanning to identify all the areas in a home that can be improved to help cut energy costs and increase the comfort of your home.

We identify and prioritize all air leaks, drafts, insulation deficiencies, and test your existing furnace and water heater for proper combustion and safety. Loving my comfy home

Thanks to Dan the Energy Man at Home Performance Experts, my home is super comfy right now without running the furnace all day long. Dan performed an Energy Audit in September and we are already realizing the benefits. Dan was always on time, performed the audit in a very professional manner, had his figures and information available when requested. He made many suggestions that were implemented and his final product was amazing. I am a realtor and I would highly recommend Dan. The final estimate of savings we should see this year after the work done was above and beyond what Dan estimated. I am very satisfied with this process.

Dan performed the energy audit on our home when we purchased a new air/furnace system. He is very knowledgeable about the process as a whole. He filled out all the paperwork for the various rebates so it was pretty painless for us. He took the time to answer all of our questions. There were a few areas that needed improvement in our house and I was most appreciative of the fact that he was able to recommend fixes that didn't cost much. Dan was great to work with and made this entire project a breeze!!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dan to anyone interested in improving the energy efficiency of their home. He is very thorough and works directly with the contractors, handled all of the paperwork for our rebates, as well as arranging for the final inspection with the city. My new AC works great! I find myself going outside to warm up; something that never happened before!
