Jeff Hemme comes from a long line of builders. His distant grandfather came to the United States from Germany in the late 1800’s as a builder. Every generation of Hemmes has produced a builder. Jeff focuses on the needs and wants of the customer. Through customer service and servicing the customer, Jeff has grown his company to include residential, multi-family, and light commercial. He firmly believes in customer referrals and treats each customer with excellence to win referrals.

We have been pleased to work with Jeff Hemme in building our home north of Booneville, MO. Jeff is well informed, attentive to detail, and was always prompt in returning our calls and messages.
He was helpful in pointing out value-based alternatives for our consideration in any number of areas, while always leaving the now informed final choice up to us. Our banker commented most favorably on the thoroughness, order, and accuracy of the financial documents submitted throughout the construction process. Also, we received no financial surprises during the construction and Jeff's overall original cost estimate proved to be remarkably reliable. He alerted us in a timely manner to the many product and equipment decisions we needed to make and recommended suppliers or merchants that we could work with when making our selections.
Jeff effectively coordinated sub-contractors, delivery of supplies, and labor for a construction project some 35 miles from his home base in Columbia, MO. The number of problems encountered were few compared to the typical construction project and what problems were encountered were addressed in a responsive and mutually agreeable manner.
Overall, we are well satisfied with the quality of workmanship on our home and its comparatively favorable cost, as well as with the construction experience.
