Golden Rule Insurance Agency has been in the insurance business for over 20 years here in the Lake Area, serving commercial, personal, and life and health insurance needs for our customers.

The Agency is owned and operated by JL & Belinda Brenizer, who are also the owners of 7 other locations through-out Northern Missouri. The other locations are called The Hawkins Insurance Group which was started in 1956, with locations in Kirksville, Macon, Shelbina, Marceline, Memphis, Kahoka, and the main office is in Edina.

Golden Rule Insurance Agency is an independent insurance agency partnering with over 50 companies to provide a broad range of insurance products, giving the agency the ability to fit the unique insurance needs for individual customers.

We pride ourselves for having both experienced insurance professionals and sales partners, who allow us to provide the very best service as well as letting us, build solid relationships between our staff and our customers.
