Downes Insurance Agency is a full service insurance agency specializing in individual and group health insurance.  We also offer business insurance, home & property, auto, life, dental, vision, home health care, and long term care insurance. 
Starting in 1983, we have written thousands of health plans in multiple states. And we are especially known for our excellent customer service before, during and AFTER the sale. 

We are very knowledgeable in all fields of insurance. Myself and fellow agent Christy DeHart have over 50 years combined experience. Christy has specialized in the needs of Medicare clients for over 14 years. 

As independent agents, we shop and quote the highest rated companies and can offer the best value for each individual clients needs. We are very active in servicing our policy holders after they purchase coverage.

I've worked with Tom Downes and Christy Dehart at Downes Insurance Agency for several years. Both Tom and Christy provide excellent service to their clients and work hard to provide the best health plans available.
