Pleasure doing business

Loved the cookies.. Doing business with Classic Buildings was a pleasure from the first encounter with the Sales Lady to the end when the building was delivered. She went over everything to make sure we got what we wanted. They checked back with us on and kept us informed as to delivery. When they delivered it they were as courteous and professional as could be. They made the delivery a delight. It has been a long time since I have encountered, professional, courteous and pleasant business people. Everyone today is in a hurry, here take what you bought and go away. I will recommend you highly to everyone. My son is delighted with his building, it is his shop.

Absolutely Wonderful

We just bought a utility shed from Classic Buildings and could not be happier! We had been looking for a quality shed for quite some time and we have finally found it! The utility shed is beautiful and very well built! Classic Buildings was easy to work with from the beginning to the end. The shed was delivered on time and was set up effortlessly. I was amazed at how fast the delivery and set up was...and it was done perfectly (right where we wanted it). I would highly recommend Classic Buildings to anyone and will definitely be returning for all of our outbuilding needs!

OUTSTANDING

My Classic Building was delivered today and I could not be happier! Nick, the delivery guy was excellent from his personality to his expertise. My building was delivered on time and the driver was very, very pleasant. Nick was outstanding, he joked with my Grandkids and explained the process step by step. They watched the entire process from arri val to the final touches and were amazed. I was amazed at the talent Nick showed in every way; the best word to describe him and his work is “outstanding”! My entire experience with Classic Buildings was exceptional; I will recommend them to anybody. We love our new Classic Building and were using it shortly after Nick had it all set up. In a word.... "WOW"

I contacted Classic Buildings through an ad on Craigslist for a gently used horse/run-in shed. From the first contact through delivery of my building yesterday, the folks at Classic Buildings were absolutely fantastic. They were professional, courteous, highly responsive, extremely accommodating, and just plain "nice." It was obvious they wanted to sell me the shed and they were going to make sure that I knew exactly what I was buying and that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. It was also clear that it didn't matter to them that I was buying a small used shed and not a brand new, custom building. Once the purchase was complete, the shed was delivered and the delivery receipt was signed, the driver handed me a plate full of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies just to say "thank you." I'm not sure when... if ever... I've experienced customer service quite like that. Oh, and the shed? It's even nicer than I expected. A great product at a great price with great customer service.
